Hello Atom Red families!
What a great week of hockey, a win, a lose and awesome practices.
This week we seen a player with the heart of a lion give everything he had on the ice. He was passing, shooting, digging the puck out of the corners back-checking...... you name it, he was doing it, all to help his team.
Our Player of the Week digs his heels into the ice and has 1 speed: FULL-OUT!!
Whether its forwards, backwards, offensive end, defensive end, it just does not matter, our Player of the Week is going to do everything he possibly can to help his team. He leads by example. He never takes it easy and, gives 110% every shift of every game and at every practice!
During practices, new practice drills were explained to him before he stepped on the ice. He listened attentively, paid attention and lead his team by demonstrating the proper way of completing all the drills.
When its game day, he has laser-like focus. He is sitting quietly planning-out what he is going to do on the ice. Our Player of the Week communicates exceptionally well with his teammates on the ice, reminding his hockey buddies where they should be in certain positions.
Our Player of the Week plays the game with heart and passion. He knows that at the end of every shift and the end of every game, he did everything he could to help his team succeed.

Great job Zander, we never what moves on the ice your are going to do next but, we do know that its going to be AMAZING!
