Atom AE, U11, 2014-2015 (Mt Brydges Minor Hockey)

Mt.Brydges Atom AE's are Aylmer Flames tournament champions after winning in thrilling fashion with a penalty shot in overtime. It was an amazing way to end a great season!

The Cougars took to the ice bright and early for their second game.  It was a close game but the team came out on top with a 1-0 win!  The Midget AE boys again put big smiles on our kids faces by lining up to congratulate the team as they came off the ice.  I even heard the boys congratulating Cameron on his second shut out of the tournament.   Congratulations to the Midget AE team for winning their game today!  Good Luck as you move into the Semi-Finals tomorrow afternoon!  GO COUGARS GO!

The Atom AE team played their first Silver Stick game of the tournament this afternoon.  Their hard work was rewarded with a win!  The kids loved that the 'big boys' came over to high five them as they came off the ice.  Thanks to the Mt. Brydges Midget AE team for the awesome show of support. GO COUGARS!

The Atom AE's dove into a deep pool in St. George this weekend and came out with an impressive B champion title. They started with a strong showing Saturday morning and defeated Paris AE Wolfpack 4-2. That evening they faced the Port Dover Rep's and were defeated 5-2. They then were challenged by the Langton Reps in the B Championship game. Learning from the past defeat, they came out skating hard and forced Langton into several penalties trying to slow them down. Capitalizing on their opportunities and playing solid in their own zone the Cougars propelled themselves to a 3-1 B Champions ...

We will have a team parent meeting Monday after practice, please make all efforts to attend. Ist tournament dates St. George Oct 17-18-19. Details to follow. Shayne
