Player of the Week
Hello Novice White Parent and Players,
We had a very good week as a team, having some tough competition and coming-out on top! New drills were taught during our practice with a focus on passing and positioning.
This week, we have a player who continues to work hard at every practice and game. He is always hustling
into position during games and hustling off the ice when his shift is over. He is working on digging the puck out of the corners, and passing it to his ready and waiting team-mates.
He is completing his session of power skating with Larry Gazdig. His hard work is reflective in his skating skills. His crossovers, accelerating, backwards skating and stopping on both sides are improving every week.
We see his enthusiasm at every practice and every game each week. His constant participation and eagerness at practices and games helps each and everyone on the team to be better hockey players. He is a great team-mate both on and off the ice.
In the change room, he is always positive and smiling, no matter if we win or lose!! He loves to hang-out with his hockey buddies after the games, and show-off his awesome skills on electronics!!
