The Peewee AE's win in Mitchell!
The peewee AE's win their second tournament of the season in Mitchell beating the home team 2-1 in the finals.
It was a great well fought game by both teams with the Mt.B Cougars scoring with 6 seconds to go in the 3rd to win 2-1 in the finals capturing the championship. It was very exciting.
Hats off to the Mitchell AE team. They gave us all we could handle and their goalie was awesome.
FYI- The Mitchell tournament is Canada's second longest running tournament at 58yrs.
Also, Jon Swatuk took his Mt.B peewee Rep team to Mitchell and won the Rep division. So it was a clean sweep for both Mt.Brydges competitive peewee teams. Congratulations Rep's.
We are one step closer to our team goal.
