U13B Coach Invite Letter
Dear Parents and Players, My name is Scott O’Connor and I have the privilege to have been named head coach of the U13B Cougars for the upcoming 2025-2026 season. I have over 9 years coaching experience, with the last six years coaching at various levels within the Cougars organization.
I would like to take this opportunity to invite all 2013 & 2014 Cougars, old and new, to this year’s selection camp. I am looking forward to continuing building from where we left off after the last two very successful seasons. I will be stressing a “work hard and have fun” coaching style. All the while developing each player's technical skills needed to compete at the highest level, with a great focus on teamwork, accountability, leadership, responsibility and communication on and off the ice. A team effort is more than just the players on the ice - parents will be asked to help with the development of the team and individual players. Everyone must be on the same path in order to have a successful season.
