WELCOME TO THE 2023-24 U11 COUGARS REP A TRYOUTS
Players and Parents,
Welcome to the 2023-24 Mt Brydges Cougars Rep “A” tryouts.
My name is Josh Ryan and I have the privilege of coaching your U11 Mt. Brydges Cougars.
At the time of registration, you will be provided a pinny allocated to your player.
I will be both on ice, and off-ice evaluating throughout the tryouts.There are independent (non-parent/non-Cougar parents) assisting these evaluations in order to provide a fair, unbiased perspective to our evaluations for the upcoming season.
Tryout Details:
Tuesday, May 9 (5:15PM) *DRILLS, SKILLS and SKATING
Saturday, May 13 (1:30-PM)*DRILLS, SKILLS and MINI BATTLES
Sunday, May 14 (12:15PM)*SKILLS/SKATING & SCRIMMAGE
& (4:45PM) EXHIBITION game (KOMOKA)
Monday, May 15 (6 PM) EXHIBITION game (DORCHESTER)
As the tryouts progress updates will posted on the Mt Brydges U11 web page. There will not be any cuts to players made within the first 3 skates. I encourage each player to put forth their most competitive effort over the next week. I look forward to seeing the potential in our players aligning and coming together as a cohesive unit, ready to take on the 2023-24 season and all the commitments to success it brings.
