Atom Rep, U11, 2013-2014 (Mt Brydges Minor Hockey)

We are once again going to take advantage of the nice weather before it turns.  Dry Land Training session will be held on Thursday, Sept. 26th from 5:30 to 6:30pm. 30 minutes of agility and conditioning and 30 minutes in the rink with some chalk talk, drills and thrills.  Same equipment applies with helmet, gloves, road hockey stick and dress appropriately for the weather.  Please bring your own water bottle.

I will be having a short parent meeting after practice on Thursday, September 12, 2013 to hand out some team information and go over the plan for this years hockey season.  For those of you not in attendance I will forward all information to you via email as I believe I have most email addresses on file and can get the information to you sooner rather than later.  It will be brief, but necessary to get some items out of the way before we start the season.
