Atom Blue, U11, 2012-2013 (Mt Brydges Minor Hockey)

It's too bad there can't be two winners in a hockey game. The Mt. Brydges Atom Blue and North Middlesex teams sure put on a great show last weekend during the John Henry Tournament in Strathroy. The team had a great tournament winning the two preliminary games to make it to the gold medal game. Each team member played their heart out trying to score on a very strong North Middlesex team. At the end of regulation it was a 2-2 tie. After many chances by both teams, it was still tied after the overtime period. A big THANK YOU goes out to Coach Joe for organizing the game on Friday night at Budweiser Gardens! Great teamwork made for an exciting & even game against our own Atom Gold team. You guys really gave it your all and the results proved it!  Watching the Knights play from the box was icing on the cake! Great job team!
