Bantam Gold Team Formation
The 2011-2012 Bantam Gold team is now formed and our permanent roster is on the way. Richard is still looking for some volunteers to help him out (and get your volunteer rebate hours) so feel free to contact one of us if you can spare some time this year.
Hello Bantam Gold Parents!
Our first practice is Sunday October 2 at 12pm. The coaching staff agrees we have a good solid base this year with some well rounded experienced players. In order to keep balance this year all we ask is that you put into the season the same amount of energy and focus that the bench staff does. This is an easy secret to success!

A practice plan will be developed based on what we were lacking or areas we need to improve on. Richard will be spending his time organizing these drills and he will need to know who will not be able to make it. A drill that is focusing on a weak spot in our defense is completely useless if only one defense-man shows up. It becomes quickly counter productive if a forward fills in for this role during a drill.

This really goes without saying. Obviously there are circumstances that will prevent people from attending games but a quick call or email will give us the time to contact our AP (associate players) and give them the time to prepare for a game.
