COVID-19 (Mt Brydges Minor Hockey)

Much like last season there are a number of procedures and protocols that are still in place that need to be adhered to by everyone entering and exiting the Tri Township Arena as well as Komoka Wellness Centre & Arena. 

Proof of Vaccination As of September 22, 2021
All people entering municipal recreation facilities will be required to show proof of vaccination plus the 2 week waiting period, unless they are eligible for an exemption.  Security will be located at the entrance of both facilities looking for valid proof of vaccination. Show ID with Name and Birthdate with Proof of Vaccination when required every visit.

Face coverings:
Are mandatory for anyone who enters the facility and also outside the facility when physical distancing can’t be maintained or predicted.

1. All participants, instructors and spectators must complete pre-screening questionnaire either by utilizing the onsite tablets, using the link included on the website or by scanning the QR code once on site or just prior to coming to the facility.

2. Once completed it should show a green checkmark with a date and time stamp indicating you have successfully passed the screening.  


Arrival & Departure:
1. You may arrive 30 minutes prior to your activity time and you must depart within 10-15
minutes of the completion of your activity time.

Follow all signage posted inside and outside of the facility. Access point to the facilities will be through the main entrance. Exiting the facilities follow the directional arrows within the space.  

Dressing Rooms:
1. Dressing rooms will be assigned accordingly. Be aware of the occupancy limits posted (10 per room). Extra players will get ready on chairs provided outside the change rooms.

2.
Abide by the 2 meters physical distancing rule while entering/exiting the facility.

3. Facial coverings (masks) are required at ALL times unless engaged in active sport. Coaches while on the bench and all off ice officials are required to wear a facial covering.

4. Ensure your water bottle is clearly marked with your name.


Spectators:
1. Spectators are allowed in the arena to view and continue to social distance.

Maximum capacity limits:
TRI TOWNSHIP ARENA

50 - Ice surface (including players, penalty and time keepers benches.)
10 - Dressing Rooms
125 - In the Stands

KOMOKA ARENA
50 - Ice surface (including players, penalty and time keepers benches.)
10 - Dressing Rooms
125 - Stands
