Vaccine Updates
According to the OMHA update, players born in 2009 and before are required to provide proof of vaccination of COVID-19 before October 31st, 2021.
Once you have proof of vaccination please email confirmation to [email protected].
The email address will be monitored by one board member and the proof of vaccination will be deleted once confirmation has been recorded.
