With the season now finished, we are reaching out to parents to get feedback on our coaching staff.
Below is a link to a quick survey. We ask that each parent take 5-10 minutes to fill this out. Some of these questions may be a little difficult to answer given the limited time parents had to watch this season. We encourage you to ask your child for their feedback as well to help with filling this out.
Please be aware that these results are shared with each of the coaches. however your name does remain anonymous. Please be honest and fair with your comments. This is an opportunity for parents and children to show their appreciation to the coaches and also provide constructive feedback that we can share with coaches in an effort to help improve things going forward. This feedback is also taken into consideration when selecting coaches for next season.
