Reminder
Protocol refresher for Tri-township and the Komoka Wellness Centre.
The following rules apply to both arenas. Failure to comply with these regulations puts the associations ice time at risk. Please abide by these rules to keep our kids on the ice.
Masks are to be worn when entering and exiting both facilities. Helmets being worn are not an acceptable replacement for wearing a mask. Bring your own mask. The arenas will not be supplying masks to kids who forgot them.
The COVID screening tool has to be completed before you attempt to enter the building. Please complete the screening as close to your scheduled ice time as possible. Please be sure your are selecting the correct cohort before submitting. A screening form submitted under the wrong cohort will not be a accepted. If you are a parent coming in with your child to tie skates, you also have to fill out a screening form. Under "player name" you can put "parent" and under "parent name" you can fill in your name. This is not optional, anyone entering the building must fill out the form.
Once your child's skates are tied please promptly leave the dressing room and exit the facility. Both arenas still require players to remove only their skates and helmets before exiting the arena. Please remind your child to do so as quickly as possible. Komoka is allowing one adult to be present during each ice time. This spot is currently being filled by a convenor. In the next few weeks cohorts will select a parent COVID officer who will fill this spot. The team COVID officer can alternate on a weekly / bi-weekly basis. We appreciate everyone's cooperation.
