Proposed MBDAA Constitution and Bylaws 2016-17

In accordance with the Corporations Act, the Board of Directors is hereby giving notice of proposed changes to the Mt. Brydges and District Athletic Association's Constitution and Bylaws.

Please review this document as it will be up as a motion for attainment at the Annual General Meeting in January.

The Board of Directors has been working on this project with the OMHA's Risk Management team to provide the Association with an up to date version of the Constitution and Bylaws in accordance to the Corporations Act.
