For Coaches or Bench Staff who require a completed background check we have added two links to
our library. Residency determines which form you require. Strathroy Caradoc residents need to complete an application with
Strathroy Caradoc. Residents in
OPP serviced regions can visit the nearest
OPP to complete a Background Check.
You will need to locate an OPP detachment and follow their procedures.
