The MBDAA Board of Directors are accepting applications for the Ice Scheduler & Registrar position for the upcoming hockey season.
Position Overview
The Minor Hockey Ice Scheduler is responsible for creating, managing, and maintaining the ice schedules for all minor hockey teams within the organization. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with coaches, the Ice Convener and the rink personnel at the four townships that we rent ice from.
The Minor Hockey Registrar works closely with the Board of Directors, coaches and parents throughout the season. The registrar is responsible for the set up of teams, rostering players on each team, ensuring coaches have the required qualifications and that it is reflected in the HCR, communicating regularly with a variety of people, attends monthly board meetings.
