Player of the Week
Hello Novice White Parents and Players,
This week, we witnessed an offensive display from one of our players.
He is always working hard, passing the puck to our open players, deking-out the opposing teams forwards, defenseman and their goalie! The only thing that he could not beat with the puck was the post! (and even then, I think he left a few dents in it!)
His stickhandling is amazing, wrist shots go "top shelf", backhanders that most NHLers would be jealous of and a cannon for a slap shot!
I believe with his scoring ability, playmaking skills, great defensive play and fierce competitiveness, he is one of the best, if not the best offensive-defenseman in the entire novice division.
The Player of the Week brings his "A" game every time he steps on the ice. This includes games, practices, pond hockey and Gazdigs. He puts in the extra effort in at home practicing his shooting and stickhandling.
It is this extra effort that makes him the player he is today - UNSTOPPABLE!
This weeks Player of the Week Hard Hat, Certificate and Cougar Cup goes to:
#8 Quentin Pearn
Fantastic job Quentin.
