Excellent work ethic and compete last night at our first tryout.  I know it was late but everyone was committed to working hard throughout the entire practice.

Parents, I have told the players that I will be selecting players based on their ability, compete level and willingness to learn.  These are the characteristics that I feel will create an atmosphere that is fun and progressive throughout the season.

As you all know the Bantam Rep will be completing their selection process over the next couple of days and new players will join our AE tryouts.  Every player will be assessed based on the criteria above regardless of when they have been released from the Bantam Rep tryout and how we see them fitting into our AE team.  Parents and players can expect that players may change positions throughout the tryout process as we sort out the final team.  If you feel you or your athlete is not wanting to consider another position other than the one he has signed up for please let me know early in this process.

I will be posting a list of the players who have been selected to move forward with the tryouts and will identify those playing in Thursdays game against Strathroy in Mt Brydges later this evening.

Great Tryout Last Night
