Hello families of the Atom Blue hockey team,
We are having quite a time in our first round of the playoff series, games are close, adrenaline is pumping and the kids are giving everything they have.
Our Player of the Week is working extremely hard in her position of left wing, digging the puck out of the corners and skating back to help her defense get the puck out of our end!
She is on the ice in any week more than any other player on our team because she is playing for 2 Mount Brydges Minor Hockey teams.
Our Player of the Weeks skating, stopping, passing and positioning is improving with every practice and game she attends. She is not afraid to work hard and put the time to build on her skills because she knows that improving her game is making everyone around her better.
She is always smiling on the bench and chatting with her coaches about positioning of players or her highlights of the Atom C Girls hockey team which this week, included scoring her first goal!!
