Player of the Week
Hello Novice White parents and players,
This week, we had a player demonstrate his leadership skills on the ice, on the bench, and in the changeroom.
I have observed him in the change room walking over to his teammates and telling them how great they played during our games.
He was disappointed when we lost our last game. However, he demonstrated his leadership skills by sharing with the team the areas he felt the they needed to improve on. He told everyone "We were out of position!" But with his positive attitude, he also explained to his teammates that we can beat anybody when we play as a team.
HIs speech was awesome!!
He is always working hard during the practices and does his best to apply the skills he just learned in practice, into game situations!
He is one of the most happiest kids I have ever taught or coached. He constantly smiles and is always trying his best during practices and games.
