'Twas the night before Christmas, when all thro' the house
Not a Hockey Mom was stirring, not even a mouse;
The hockey equipment was hung in the garage with care,
In hopes that St. Nicholas doesn’t smell it in there;
The Novice Black Players were nestled snug in their beds,
While visions of trophies danced in their heads.
