BULLDOGS EVENT
Mt. Brydges Bulldogs Team Event

The Novice Black team had another fantastic evening together.  It was all about Mt. Brydges on Saturday night.  We started the evening with an exhibition game with the Mt. Brydges Novice Red team.  What a game that was to watch!  Congratulations to ALL the Cougars for a great game of hockey!

After the game, the team hung out and had some pizza and slushie’s in the dressing room.  The kids laughed, joked and played some hockey in the hallway.  James H sucked back his slushie at lightening speed … and didn’t get brain freeze.  Go James!

The team Mom’s (and Grandma) were baking up a storm the night before to provide AWESOME treats for our bake sale before the Bulldogs game.  Lisa Persin, got up before 7 a.m to contribute an entire box of bake goods!!  Go Lisa!  Liam Peters grandma, helped us out by firing up her oven, to create some tasty treats!  Thanks Grandma Carol!  Sandi and James H made the best ever Bake Sale sign.  Cindy Stewart did a fantastic job working the bake sale table.  Thanks to all the Moms, Grandma and kids that baked all the yummy treats!

The kids got to take a tour of our very own Mt. Brydges Bulldogs dressing room.  The Black team had so much fun checking out the ‘other side of the arena’.  The Bulldogs were great at chatting up the kids and signing autographs.  Thanks Bulldogs!

Shortly after our Meet & Greet, the Bulldogs game started.  Two of our Novice Black super stars got picked to be flag bearers.  Our goalie Ava Persin and Liam Georgeson (the strong, silent type) were chosen to represent the team.  The two super stars skated with the Canada Flag and remained on the ice for the singing of O’ Canada. You both did a fantastic job!   As always, memories of the evening have been posted to the Photo Gallery on the website.

Thanks to the coaches, kids and parents for yet another AMAZING and FUN team event!
