Dry Land Training Thursday, September 26th
We are once again going to take advantage of the nice weather before it turns. Dry Land Training session will be held on Thursday, Sept. 26th from 5:30 to 6:30pm. 30 minutes of agility and conditioning and 30 minutes in the rink with some chalk talk, drills and thrills. Same equipment applies with helmet, gloves, road hockey stick and dress appropriately for the weather. Please bring your own water bottle.
